About the Barn

Since 2018, I've been turning ideas into one-of-a-kind pieces right here in Gilbert, Arizona. As an Arizona native and the owner and sole craftsman behind my business, every project that comes through my shop gets my personal attention from start to finish. From custom cutting boards and small handcrafted gifts to barn door, mantles, floating shelves, and completely custom builds, I love creating pieces that are both functional and uniquely yours.

CUTTING BOARDS
Cutting boards come in all different sizes, shapes, wood types and uses. The grain selection and orientation matters more that people realize. If you are looking for something more inexpensive and light, Face Grain boards work best. If you want something more heavy duty and won't do as much damage to your knives, you will want Edge and End grain boards. Some have handles, some have juice grooves. It all depends on preference and usage. Each board can also be customized with laser engraving. Perfect for wedding and Christmas gifts. COASTERS
My coasters are like mini cutting boards and are all made with hardwood. Each coaster can be laser engraved with any fun saying or name and can also include the built in bottle opener.
SPIKE BOARD
"No pepper partner, no problem!" This is what my niece Kaitlyn wanted me to tag this with. She was home from college during the quarantine, along with her two sisters, and all of them play volleyball. Needless to say, they were going a little stir crazy, so when they saw a video of a girl playing with a rebound board on a beach court, they asked me if I could make something like it for them. Long story short, the Spike Board was made. I also played volleyball in college and until recently coached club ball. I know the importance of ball handling skills and keeping up with some type of play, whatever it may be. With this Spike Board, you don't need a gym or even other players, it can be done alone or with a group. On or off a court. Net or no net.
SPIKE BOARD

I can usually have one made by the upcoming weekend, depending on demand and weather. All the wood and top is coated with a UV spar urethane that makes it very weather resistant, unless exposed to extreme water or sun for prolonged periods of time. This version folds down and the legs lock together for support. Then when folded up, it is only 4-5 inches deep and can easily be stored up against a wall and out of the way. Overall dimension is 48" x 48". There are wheels on the side for easier maneuverability.

CORNHOLE
Fun for picnics, BBQs, camping, weddings and personalized gifts. Good to go all year round. These cornhole boards are made to order. They are heavy duty and substantial. Each is coated with an outdoor UV protectant, but please note, they are not water proof. They will hold up to the days of play and use, but should not be left out in the elements for extended periods of time.
Custom Barn Doors
If you have a room that needs a little more privacy, or you want to add some extra character, a custom barn door may be a great option. These doors aren't something you will find at the big box stores. They will be made just for you and no 2 doors will be the same.
